I’m a UX and product design leader focused on bringing clarity, structure, and humanity to complex systems. Over the past two decades, I’ve built and led design organizations, scaled design systems, and shaped intuitive experiences across healthcare, utilities, and enterprise SaaS.
My work centers on reducing cognitive load, elevating usability, and designing technology that people can trust—whether it’s a high‑acuity virtual nursing platform, a $20M enterprise system modernization, or a self‑service journey used by millions of customers. I lead teams with a balance of rigor and empathy, creating environments where designers, engineers, and product partners think together and deliver work that feels both elegant and inevitable.
What drives me
I’m motivated by the moment when a team sees the path forward—when ambiguity gives way to alignment, when a complex problem becomes solvable, when a product becomes something people rely on every day. That’s the work that energizes me.
I believe technology should feel human. I believe teams do their best work when they understand the “why.” And I believe leadership is about creating the conditions where clarity, creativity, and accountability can thrive.
